Do you accept checks or money order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept these forms of payment, but we do accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, andPayPal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For international orders, you must have a verified PayPal account to complete your purchase. If you are using a prepaid gift card, you will need to register a billing address with the credit card company before placing an order.

How do I get a promo code?

We offer many promotional codes on our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages. We also offer a 10% promo code for customers who sign up for our email. Like, follow, and sign up now to be the first to know about our sales and promotions!

How do I place an order?

Is it safe to use my credit card in your site?

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect a Arizona sales tax depending on the city and county. All orders shipped to Arizona addresses will be charged this tax.

How do I check my order status?

Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for processing and may be subject to payment verification.

At the bottom of the pages, click on Check Order Status, then enter your order number.

How do I track my order?

You will be sent an order confirmation email once your order has been received. A second shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been mailed, and it will include the tracking number for your package.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders with Ground Shipping can take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 AM PT (1:00 PM ET) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

I received my shipping confirmation email, but the tracking number does not work?

Tracking information is not available right away. It often takes at least one business day for USPS to update tracking. If you try the tracking number too soon, you may find that there is no record of your package yet. Please check the tracking number again tomorrow.

Can I have the order sent somewhere other than my billing address?

Yes! During checkout, you’ll enter your billing address first on the left of the page. Then, select to ship to a different address. You’ll enter the full shipping address second. If you choose to create an account, you will be able to save multiple addresses for future delivery.

Can I have half the order sent one place and the other half sent another?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship one order to multiple locations. If different destinations are required, please separate your purchases.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer Expedited Shipping options! Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact customer service if you would like an expedited shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.

Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following day.

For example, a 3 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the third day, Friday. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped via UPS, you will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at https://www.ups.com/. If your order is shipped via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at https://www.usps.com/.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico?

Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are a flat rate of $13. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico generally takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We email a tracking number when your package ships, and you can track your package at https://www.usps.com/.

How do I make an exchange?

1. Call us at 480-256-9977 .
2. Our customer service representatives will create a new order for the new item you would like to receive in exchange. You are charged at this time for the cost of the merchandise, and it will be shipped to you with free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
3. Return the item(s) you would like to exchange.

How long do I have to make a return or exchange?

Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of your order shipment date

How long will it take to get a refund?

Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email. We won’t leave you hanging!

Can I exchange more than once on an order?

You are welcome to call our customer service team to set up an exchange any time. We offer free shipping on the first exchange from each order. You may request a second exchange on any order; however, shipping will be assessed on completion of your new exchange order.

Where do I send my return?

Are there any return shipping fees?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will not include shipping charges previously paid for or shipping charges incurred upon returning merchandise.

How do I return a broken or defective item?

If you received a broken or defective item, please give us a call at 480-256-9977 so we can get it taken care of right away! We’ll work with you to send a replacement at no additional charge.

When will I receive my refund?

We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We’ll send you an email when your return is complete. Please keep in mind that refunds normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

Does my refund go back to my credit card or is it store credit?

Refunds are credited back to your original form of payment. A credit will be issued to your account. “Account” refers to your bank account, PayPal account, Google checkout account, or any other form of payment used.
